I was a member here for two years and had a great experience until recently, when ownership changed. Since then, the atmosphere has shifted. The new owner has been disrespectful and rude, and while the management team is still doing their best, it’s clear their hands are being tied by the new direction. It’s disappointing to see such a good place go downhill because of ownership changes.
